DOELGERICHT follows the Brussels women’s football team, Waka-Up. All the players have lived in, or are currently living in, vulnerable circumstances. Every week, they come together to play football. During the training, they can let go of their problems. In addition, the coaches are always there to listen, both on and off the field. In this documentary, Waka-Up trains for their next tournament. With their dedication and perseverance, they are building a place together where their past is not the focus, but their strength. A documentary by Alizé Poket and Yéline Lee.
